Magic in the Mountains ... Friday, June 13 - Saturday, June 21 2008 (2008/5/10)
Nestled in the Alleghany Mountains, this fun-filled community event spans an entire week and features various activities throughout Alleghany County. Clifton Forge will feature arts, crafts, antiques, railroad history at The Chesapeake & Ohio Historical Society and live entertainment at the historic Masonic Theatre, scheduled for the weekend of June 13th-14th, 2007. The Alleghany Arts and Crafts Center will welcome your visit as well. Nearby Douthat State Park offers history and nature programs as well as entertainment throughout the week. Covington showcases arts, crafts, great food, wine tasting, and live entertainment on Saturday, June 20-21 as the festival comes to a close.
